Ik heb besloten Autoblogwilmer een nieuw leven in te blazen. Het wordt compleet anders. Ik ga mijn mening over de auto's geven en ze vergelijken. Dus, veel plezier met de nieuwe Autoblogwilmer! Ik ben nog steeds bereikbaar via autoblogwilmer@gmail.com

Auto van de maand

De auto van de maand juli is de Bentley Continental Arabia De Bentley Continental Arabia is een speciale versie van de Continental voor Arabië. In het Midden-Oosten wordt 10% van de Bentleys verkocht. Ze hebben hem ook opgevoerd zodat hij nu 610 pk in vorm van de Speed en 560 pk bij de normale Continental Flying Spur. Nul tot honderd wordt bereikt in 4,8 seconden en 4,9 seconden. De Arabia heeft extra chroom waarop Arabia staat en hij is dit keer nog luxer met extra geventileerde stoelen (wel lekker in de woestijn) en een picknicktafel. In totaal worden er 50 van gemaakt.

They tuned it also to 610 bhp for the Speed and 560 for the normal Continental Flying Spur. Zero to sixtytwo is reached in 4.8 seconds and 4.9 seconds. The Arabia has more chrome with the letters Arabia on it and it is this time even more luxury with more ventilated seats (that is nice in the dessert) and a pick nick table. In total they build 50.

De auto van de maand is de Bugatti Veyron Super Sport De ingenieurs van Bugatti hebben de Veyron ietsje sneller gemaakt. Hij heeft nu 1200 pk en een koppel is 1500 nm! Nul tot honderd doet hij nog steeds in 2,5 seconden. De 300 haalt hij in 15 seconden. De topsnelheid is 435 km/u maar dat kunnen de banden niet aan dus is hij begrensd op 415 km/u... De aerodynamica is aangepast en dus zijn de luchtinlaten op het dak weggehaald en zit er een kap over de motor heen. De Super Sport is 50 kilo lichter. De vierkante uitlaatpijp is verdwenen en nu zijn het twee brede lage pijpen. De eerste vijf zijn verkocht en er worden er 30 van gemaakt. Ze zullen bij Bugatti wel voor Nederland zijn.

The aerodynamics are changed and the air intakes on the roof are removed and there is a hood above the engine. The Super Sport is 50 kilos lighter. The square exhaust disappeared and there are now the with and low pipes. The first five are already sold and they make 30 of it. They will be by Bugatti for the Netherlands.

Hamilton en Button bouwen een F1 wagen

Jenson Button en Lewis Hamilton hebben samen een Formule 1 wagen in elkaar gezet. Zonder team. Ik ben benieuwd of hij onder het rijden niet uit elkaar valt. Ze hebben in ieder geval pret gehad. Het Mclaren personeel vindt het in ieder geval interessant. Klik hier voor het filmpje.

200 Dacia´s

Woensdag 16 juni is in het Oostenrijkse Bludenz een trein ontspoort met daarop 200 gloednieuwe Dacia´s. Allemaal kunnen ze worden afgeschreven. Op de trein stonden Logans, Dusters en Sandero´s. Volgens onderzoeken is de oorzaak een remprobleem geweest. Toen de trein een bocht naderde kantelden 10 wagons en de andere zes reden door voordat ze ontspoorden.

They say that cause is a braking problem. When the train approached the corner 10 wagons side acted and the other six drove further before they crashed.

De topsnelheid ligt op een begrensde 250 km/u. Voor ongeveer 4000 euro kan je hem laten begrenzen op 280 km/u. Audi heeft bij het uiterlijk eenvoudige wijzigingen gedaan waardoor hij gestroomlijnder is en er stoerder uitziet. Audi
beweert dat de RS5 10,8 liter per honderd kilometer verbruikt, in praktijk zal dat ongeveer 13 liter worden als je niet teveel gas geeft. Het is niet de goedkoopste auto met een prijskaartje van 112.500 euro. Dan wil je waarschijnlijk ook nog een aantal opties zoals een stuur dus dan kost hij al gauw 130.000 euro. Misschien is dan een Porsche 911 een beter idee. Alleen die rijdt al overal, dus zelf kan je de beste keuze maken.

Audi says the RS5 uses 10.8 litre each sixtytwo mile, in the real that will be around the 13 litre when you drive care full. It is not the cheapest one with a price tag of 57,480 pounds. Then you also want some options like a steering wheel and then it cost quick 65,000 pounds. Maybe is a Porsche 911 a better idea. But that car drives everywhere, so you can better choose it by yourself.

De auto van de maand april is de Honda CR-Z De Honda CR-Z is een sportieve hybrid auto van Honda. Deze auto is het bewijs dat hybrids niet lelijk hoeven te zijn. Alle versies zijn uitgerust met een 1,5 liter 4-cilinder van 124 pk en een elektromotor van 14 pk. De CR-Z is vanaf 24.990 euro leverbaar. Nul tot honderd duurt 9,9 seconden en de topsnelheid ligt op 200 km/u. Ook staat er een Type R in de planning die ook dezelfde motor heeft. Deze CR-Z Type R krijgt 150 pk en een elektromotor van 50 pk. Of dit ook echt werkelijkheid wordt? Dat is nog de vraag. Rond 2011 zal de Type R uitkomen.
