Het Saab verhaal blijft maar doorgaan. Nu hebben ze niet één maar twee Chinese investeerders. Na Pang Da heeft nu ook Youngman geld over om Saab later failliet te laten gaan. Youngman investeert 136 miljoen euro. De heer Antonov die houdt zijn geld voor zichzelf, want die trekt zich terug. Antonov wil zijn geld nog wel in aandelen steken. Wat vinden jullie van het Saab logo in Chinese stijl?  薩博成功!

The Saab story keeps on going. Now they don't have one but two Chinese investors. After Pang Da Youngman has also enough money to let Saab go bankrupt later. Youngman is going to invest 136 milion euro. Mr Antonov keeps his money for himself, because he withdraws. Antonov he still wants to use his money for shares. Volkswagen Jetta of Passat?

Vanmiddag fietste ik met mijn vader en we zagen een Volkswagen. Alleen welke? "Het is een Jetta. Of is het een Passat? Nee, het is een Jetta. Of toch niet?" Zo klonk onze discussie ongeveer. Toen de Jetta of Passat voorbij kwam rijden zagen we pas dat het een Passat was. Volkswagen heeft het verschil gewoon niet duidelijk gemaakt. Van achteren zijn ze uit elkaar te houden. Van voren niet. Dus ik heb ze naast elkaar gezet en goed gekeken en vier verschillen ontdekt: 1 blauwe cirkel, de koplamp van de Jetta zit onder de gril, bij de Passat niet. 2 rode cirkel, de Jetta heeft meerdere lijnen, de Passat één. 3 gele cirkel, de gril van de Passat is duidelijker en groter dan die van de Jetta. 4 groene cirkel, de Jetta heeft ronde mistlichten, de Passat heeft lijnen als licht.

This afternoon I was cycling with my dad and we saw a Volkswagen. But which? "It's a Jetta. Or is it a Passat? No it's a Jetta. Or not?" That was how our discussion sounded. When the Jetta or Passat past us we saw that is was a Passat. Volkswagen didn't make the differences clear. From the back they are different. From the front not. So I put them next to each other and watched good and found four differences: 1 blue circle, the headlight from the Jetta is under the grill, from the Passat not. 2 red circle, the Jetta has more lines, the Passat one. 3 yellow circle, the grill of the Passat is more clear and bigger than the Jetta grill. 4 green circle, the Jetta has round fog lights, the Passat has lines as light.

Volkswagen Polo en BMW 1-serie 2012

De BMW 1-serie 2012 is net bekend geworden. Het uiterlijk is niet geslaagd. Dat is het eerste minpunt. Maar dat hij dan van achteren op een Volkswagen Polo lijkt, dat kan gewoon niet. Ik heb absoluut niets tegen de Volkswagen Polo, integendeel, het is een hartstikke leuke auto. Maar een 1-serie is geen concurrent van de Polo. Op de afbeelding zie je dat hij dezelfde kenmerken van achteren heeft. De rode lijnen laten zien dat de auto's beide precies in drie zijn verdeeld, het raam, de achterklep en de achterbumper. De blauwe lijn laat zien dat de uitlaat ten opzichte van het achterlicht hetzelfde is geplaatst. De groene boog laat zien dat de lijn van de achterbumper tot de voordeur hetzelfde is! Dus Adriaan van Hooydonk is niet erg creatief geweest.

The BMW 1-series 2012 is just revealed. The exterior is not nice. That's the first disadvantage. But that the rear-end looks like a Volkswagen Polo, that simply can not. I don't have anything against the Volkswagen Polo, contrary, it's a very nice car. But the 1-series isn't an opponent from the Polo. On the picture you see that it has the same characteristics from the back. The red lines show that both cars are divided in three, the window, the tailgate en the rear bumper. The blue line shows that the exhaust compared to the rear light the same is placed. The green bow shows that the line of the rear bumper till the front door the same is! So Adriaan van Hooydonk has not been very creative.

Autoblogwilmer begint weer!

Ik heb besloten Autoblogwilmer een nieuw leven in te blazen. Het wordt compleet anders. Ik ga mijn mening over de auto's geven en ze vergelijken. Dus, veel plezier met de nieuwe Autoblogwilmer! Ik ben nog steeds bereikbaar via autoblogwilmer@gmail.com
